Kenny Racing does not deliver by Cityssimo to postcodes between 97000-97999 and 98000-98999.
Conditions of Delivery
Delivery will only be made once payment has been confirmed by the seller's bank.
Orders are delivered by Chronopost.
The goods are delivered to the address shown on the purchase order; make sure the address is correct.
Any parcel returned to the seller due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the buyer's expense.
The buyer may, on request, have an invoice sent to the billing address and not to the delivery address, by validating the option provided for this purpose on the order form.
If the buyer is absent on the day of delivery, the deliveryman will leave a delivery notice in the letterbox, which allows the parcel to be collected at the place and within the time indicated.
If, at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn or open, the buyer must check the condition of the items.
If these have been damaged, the buyer must refuse the parcel and make a reservation on the delivery note (parcel refused because opened or damaged).
The buyer must indicate on the delivery note and in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by his/her signature any irregularity relating to the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken products, etc.).
This verification is considered to have been carried out when the purchaser, or a person authorised by the purchaser, has signed the delivery note.
The buyer must then confirm these reservations to the carrier by registered post within two working days of receiving the item(s) at the latest. The buyer must send a copy of this letter by fax or by post to the seller at the address given in the site's legal notice.
If the products are to be returned to the seller, the request for return must be made to the seller within 7 days of delivery. Any claim made after this time will not be accepted.
Product returns are only accepted for products in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.).
Delivery errors
The buyer must notify the seller on the day of delivery, or at the latest on the first working day following delivery, of any claim of error of delivery and/or non-conformity of the products in kind or in quality in relation to the information given on the order form.
All claims placed after this date will be rejected.

Any claim not made in accordance with the rules set out above and within the time limits set will not be taken into account and will release the seller from all liability towards the buyer.
As soon as the claim is received, the seller will allocate an exchange number for the product(s) concerned and will communicate it by e-mail to the buyer.
A product can only be exchanged once the exchange number has been allocated.
In the event of a delivery error or exchange, any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to the seller in its entirety and in its original packaging, by registered Colissimo, to the following address: Kenny Equipement - 102 Rue André Durouchez - 80 081 AMIENS
Return postage costs are at the seller's expense.
